Monte Cristos Cocktails Grille in Lake George

Simply horrible experience. Have to get a menu, find your own seat, figure out your own order, then walk back outside to order. After you order stand there until your drinks get brought to you. Just so you can hopefully not drop them to walk back inside. So confusing and frustrating. To top it off everything comes in a to go bag. Definitely on my spots not to eat while in Lake George.

Ordered some take out after doing some hiking and it was amazing. Fresh and hot food, a perfect amount of dressing on the caesar salad and refreshingly cold drinks!

My husband and I really enjoyed our meals. It was our first time eating out since COVID began and we had great entrees; chicken parm (hubby) and shrimp & scallop casino (me). Good food, good service. Thank you very much.

Great experience and delicious food! We heard there was a long wait, but we were sat immediately. Covid makes their normal operations a little wonky. but that's not their fault. You receive and paper menu, you're seated and you return to the front window to order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our 2 year old and they made sure that we had everything we needed. The food was amazing! I ordered the Cajun pasta and I swear 3 people could eat it. Highly recommend!

What a great bite! Well priced with an excellent menu, their french onion soup and their mojitos are definitely a strong point, friendly staff and a friendly safe enviroment

If it's the only place open for a late bite then go for it. There's plenty of choice and you're bound to find something on the menu to suit. Chips in a basket kinda place with a bar and nice staff. Centre of town so handy to walk to if staying nearby and want a walk by the lake too.

Wow! I Can't Believe How Great The Food Was Here. We Went Up 2 Weeks Ago. We Got The Food Real Fast And It Was Awesome. Only Bad Thing Was We Had To Sit Outside Because It Was 98 Out. Everything We Got Was Great Though. Been Going To Lake George For 25 Years And This Was The 1st Time Ive Been There. Will Definitely Go Back

After finding this gem, while vacationing at Lake George, my family did not go anywhere else for breakfast. Two return trips after our initial finding. The service was spectacular from one kind woman who made omelets to die for and even better pancakes from her grandmother's recipe. Orders are placed inside and paid for at the counter and the food is brought to you at your table.

We've been here several times over the years and always enjoy our meals. Overall, service has always been good and the food also generally very good. Their menu covers a lot of ground, so if you don't know what you're in the mood for you're bound to find something.

If you're hungry for outstanding food and drink.....this is the place to go. Oversized portions are sure to fill your belly. Service is excellent and the variety of foods is off the charts. You'll love this place. Kid friendly too.😁😁😁👍👍👍

It was ok. We just had drinks and appetizer. I picked the mojito and the sweet and sour shrimp. Very hard to bite. No view during this time but I'm sure fall the view is way better with the trees without foliage. I loved that boat bar!

Facilities are a bit run down. Good location and nice indoor outdoor seating on two levels. Food was reasonable.

Nice atmosphere, good service and the buffalo chicken sauce was absolutely 1 of the best I have ever tasted

Delicious!!! My group and I were on our way to the cafe next door while we saw this place was less busy. We took a chance and it was the best ever. I had ordered the Meat Lovers, we all got our food in a decent time (about only one or two people in the kitchen). Great service with great people, food was great for such a low price with great portions! Definitely a find and I fully recommend going there!

Really good food and service :) the portions were huge and it’s really cozy inside. Definitely one of the better restaurants we’ve gone into since being at lake George. Also a plus, it’s the only bar we’ve been to here that isn’t playing depressing grunge rock.
